新年度も始まり一週間が経過しました。先日補償2課では昨年度の反省と今後の展望を1日かけて話し合いました。
全員で話し合う機会を設けたことは大変有意義な時間でした。
今年度からは課内の環境が変化したこともあり、2課として手探りで業務に取り組んでいくことになりますが、
1人1人がキーマンとなり課内一丸となって目標へ向けて進んで行きたいと思います。
